About the Role

The Sales Enablement Designer at Aptean transforms complex internal content into polished, customer-ready sales materials that tell a compelling story. This role blends marketing messaging expertise with strong visual design skills to create professional, external-facing presentations and collateral that equip Aptean's sales teams to engage and influence prospects at the highest levels. Working closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams, the position involves curating, synthesizing, and redesigning messaging from multiple sources into visually compelling, on-brand deliverables that drive sales impact.

Key Responsibilities

Convert internal presentations, product information, and marketing content into clear, visually engaging, and customer-ready materials.
Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual concepts for sales presentations, ensuring brand consistency and professional polish.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and adapt product and marketing messaging for sales audiences.
Leverage professional design and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Pitch.com, Canva, PowerPoint) to deliver agency-level quality in-house.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategic priorities.
Ensure all deliverables are external-ready, meeting Aptean's standards for messaging, design, and professionalism.
Stay current with design trends, sales enablement best practices, and emerging tools to continually improve content effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in digital marketing, product marketing, or content design.
Internship or project experience in B2B marketing, content creation, or sales support strongly preferred.
Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency with presentation and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, Pitch.com).
Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, compelling messages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with a strong eye for design, layout, and brand alignment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or content design.
Experience with B2B marketing, content creation, or sales support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
