This position is directly responsible for executing behavior change messaging campaigns that improve member health outcomes and lower total cost of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a roadmap by working with Sales and Account Management leadership to identify and prioritize the top 25-30 customers/prospects for live demo experiences each year.
  • Create and maintain modular RBM experiences that can be customized based on a prospect or customer's suite of products and programs.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, including contractors, to develop creative and technical flow builds, guiding strategy and work execution.
  • Execute on live RBM experiences by conducting end-to-end testing (UAT), obtaining recipient phone numbers, and coordinating the launch with Sales/Account Management.
  • Evolve the portfolio of demo modules by staying informed of new feature development and incorporating these into the demo module library.
  • Support adoption and learning by presenting and educating Sales and Account Teams on enablement capabilities and acting as a single point of contact for field questions.
  • Maintain a library of assets, including modules, FAQs, and intake requests, and make these available to relevant Sales and Account teams.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in leading direct consumer marketing campaign strategy and/or operations, with a focus on healthcare and communication services.
  • 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Rich Communication Services Business Messaging (RBM) and its applications in healthcare.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MPH).
  • Coursework or experience in behavioral economics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
