The Enterprise Account Executive (Healthcare) role involves acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts within a specific geographic territory, focusing on high-user organizations and presenting Armis's value and product capabilities to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute an account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue within the assigned region, both independently and cooperatively.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (typically at the CIO and CISO level) in industry, partners, and enterprise customers to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
  • Collaborate with peers across functions such as Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development to create visibility and drive engagement with target accounts.
  • Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicate with enterprise customers and leads to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Demonstrate product functions and utility based on customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, resolving post-sale issues.
  • Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, informing them of new products, services, and enhancements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience selling software-based solutions to senior management and executive level.
  • Background in selling security software-based solutions at the Enterprise level (5,000 users and above).
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding assigned quota.
  • Referenceable customer and partner contacts within the specified geographic territory.
