Key Responsibilities

  • Grow business within the emerging SLED practice, targeting state and local government, K-12, and Higher Education sectors.
  • Prospect and engage with senior decision makers in Information Security & Risk teams within large enterprise organizations.
  • Call on accounts at senior levels, build personal relationships in Security & Risk functions, and present the value of SecurityScorecard solutions.
  • Conduct both phone/web and face-to-face value selling, with approximately 30-40% travel in a non-COVID environment.
  • Expand the company's customer footprint and help grow the business in the assigned region.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the cybersecurity sales space.
  • Outstanding track record of managing enterprise accounts and closing opportunities to achieve over $1M in annual recurring revenue.
  • Strong network of established relationships within state and local government, K-12, Higher Education, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Must have achieved President's Club and/or quota attainment in the last three years.
  • Experience closing six to seven figure ARR deals.
  • Highly organized with effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working effectively with a distributed team.
  • SaaS experience and demonstrated technical aptitude in cybersecurity are a plus.
  • Previous success in early-stage companies and exceeding sales goals is desirable.
