About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the local growth strategy for enterprise sales in North America.
• Drive lead generation and pipeline nurturing through organizing events and webinars.
• Produce thought leadership content to support marketing efforts.
• Optimize nurture sequences to improve engagement and conversion.
• Create sales collateral to support sales activities.
• Identify top-tier partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team on retargeting and ABM initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in Enterprise marketing and growth.
• Proven ability to plan and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns such as webinars, white papers, e-books, and paid media.
• End-to-end ownership of Enterprise events, user conferences, and industry tradeshows.
• Strong product marketing instincts, including understanding customer base and crafting compelling positioning and messaging.
• Ability to identify emerging trends, buying-cycle shifts, and tech priorities to inform strategy.
• Experience monitoring campaign performance, producing executive-level reports, and recommending optimizations.
• Self-starter with strong ownership, autonomy, and a bias toward action.
