About the Role

At Neat, an Enterprise Product Specialist serves as the main solutions expert and technical resource for the Neat enterprise customer community. The role involves partnering with account managers on strategic enterprise accounts, acting as a product ambassador, and demonstrating Neat's technologies to various audiences. The company aims to create intuitive video devices and experiences that minimize the physical and virtual divide, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Neat is based in Oslo with team members worldwide, and the role can be remote in Charlotte or Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Account Managers on strategic enterprise accounts throughout the entire account lifecycle, including customer discovery, solution design, and deployment.
Act as the face of the product development team by collecting and responding to customer feedback and feature requests, and communicating them back to the product team.
Understand Neat's product and feature roadmap and deliver future-state messaging to customers and partners clearly and effectively.
Conduct internal training for sales teams on how to deliver the value of Neat's technology.
Demonstrate Neat products in various scenarios such as home office, customer environments, tradeshows, and Neat Enterprise Briefing Centers.
Co-host webinars, marketing events, and customer events to communicate new product and feature releases.

Requirements

Strong professional background in videoconferencing and commercial audio-visual technologies.
Knowledge of key unified communications and collaboration technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with social media content creation is a plus.
Enterprise networking background including 802.1x, proxy deployment, and cloud management tools is a plus.
Certifications in Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms are a strong plus.
