The role of Regional Marketing Coordinator is part of the Regional Marketing team supporting the Enterprise East/Canada region, focusing on executing demand generation programs and managing marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Senior Regional Marketing Specialists and Sales to execute integrated demand generation programs across events, digital, partner, and outbound channels, including managing logistics and onsite event support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners and vendors to develop marketing campaign assets, including creative content, email sequences, and campaign offers, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
  • Support reporting efforts to evaluate channel effectiveness, program ROI, and regional funnel health, using insights to guide future planning and improvements.
  • Maintain and manage the team's operational workflow using tools like Salesforce, Asana, 6Sense, and Splash, including developing target lists, creating campaign briefs, and supporting sales enablement with tailored materials.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B tech marketing.
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, Asana, Tableau, and Splash.
  • Analytical skills and a knack for data analysis and reporting leveraging tools.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales development rep or in a sales support role.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, if necessary.
  • This is a remote position with in-person onboarding required at San Francisco, CA or Bengaluru, IN during the first week.
