About the Role

Entry Level Marketing Assistant AMG Management Inc Garden Grove, CA, US. We are looking to fill a full-time entry-level Marketing Assistant position immediately. We are a leader in experimental marketing, specializing in creating and implementing customized marketing and sales strategies for a large portfolio of clients. Our approach focuses on driving brand recognition and connecting consumers and clients with ease. The role involves assisting the on-site marketing team with developing and executing the company's overall marketing plan, promoting brand awareness, and supporting client events.

Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing strategies and operational functions within the Marketing Assistant team to increase brand awareness
Ensure the highest level of customer service while interacting with consumers, resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals
Participate in product / service knowledge training with the Entry Level Marketing Assistant team
Execute merchandise presentation directives and ensure consumers understand our mission and products
Assist customers with questions regarding featured client products / services at on-site events
Gain knowledge of the marketing and branding strategy of all new clients the company acquires
Develop customized marketing strategies for client on-site events based on product and brand knowledge
Build knowledge of the marketing systems implemented at each on-site event
Assist the event manager with any day-to-day administrative support as required

Requirements

College degree in sales, marketing, advertising or a similar field preferred
Experience in sales, marketing, advertising, event, or retail-related settings is an asset
Internship experience and previous entry-level experience will also be considered as working experience
Outstanding verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and planning skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions
Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and consumers
Positive attitude & eagerness to learn

Qualifications

College degree in sales, marketing, advertising or a similar field (preferred)
