About the Role

The Entry Level Marketing Associate will provide support for marketing and sales activities across all upstate branches. The role involves coordinating events, assisting with advertising and customer communications, managing customer databases, and supporting in-house marketing requests. Power-Flo Technologies is a provider of supplies, services, and solutions to the electrical, industrial, mechanical, and automation industries, serving the New York metropolitan and New England areas.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for all events whether in-house or external, for all our vendors.
Assist with advertising, customer mailings, newsletters, e-newsletters, social media.
Manage customer database.
Coordinate apparel and seasonal in-house marketing requests.
Perform additional duties or requirements as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Good Customer Service and Communication Skills
Organization and Multitasking skills
Solid Computer Skills Including Windows Knowledge, Outlook, Excel, Word
Financial and budget control experience
Valid and clean NY state driver's license to travel to local branches as needed

Nice to Have

Adobe Suite experience
Constant Contact Experience
Wix Web Management experience

Qualifications

Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
