About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-site marketing events, retail promotions, and outreach campaigns
• Represent nationally recognized consumer brands with confidence and professionalism
• Engage customers face-to-face to educate, promote, and build brand loyalty
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and campaign performance
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and campaign KPIs
• Participate in regular training workshops, sales coaching, and professional development

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally
• Available for a full-time schedule with weekend flexibility
