Equipment Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Check Equipment: Inspect equipment for damage, logged hours, mileage, and fuel levels upon return.
• Inspect and Maintain: Ensure rental equipment meets safety standards and is in good working condition.
• Clean-Up: Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and work area.
• Load and Unload: Handle loading and unloading of rental equipment, preparing them for rental.
• Customer Interaction: Demonstrate equipment for customers and manage equipment pick-up and drop-off with delivery trucks.
• Adaptable Duties: Undertake other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Effective communication, multitasking, and strong teamwork skills.
• Attention to safety and superior customer service skills.
• Capability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a PLUS.
