About the Role

The Event Marketing Assistant position involves hands-on training with the creation and development of retail marketing campaigns, setting up displays and merchandise, executing and presenting clients' products and services directly to customers, and reporting back the results. The role requires an outgoing and self-driven individual who is comfortable engaging consumers in group and one-on-one settings, with a focus on facilitating the entire event process from creation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the entire event process, from creation to execution
Engage with customers inside various retail locations on behalf of our clients
Answer customer questions and offer suggestions based on their individual needs
Maintain a compliant event space at all times
Track and record all sales and customer interactions

Requirements
