Event Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work on all aspects of event marketing including, but not limited to, outbound communications, campaign development, messaging, digital, and event collateral management
• Project manage marketing deliverables with internal stakeholders and channel team
• Assist the Event Marketing team with special projects by lending support through project management, creating timelines, and tracking projects and deliverables against deadlines
• Analyze programs, report on findings, and cull insights

Requirements

• An all-around team player excited to work on all aspects of event marketing for a flagship event
• Detail oriented, able to plan ahead, and comfortable working in the high-tech space
• Able to think on your feet and ask questions when needed
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and forming strong relationships
• Understanding of event strategy and ability to execute projects to achieve KPIs
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, complex timelines, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to seek help when necessary
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
