Events/Digital Account Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source event and digital revenue opportunities
• Prospect for new clients and assist sales executives with event strategies as needed
• Provide profitable event service strategies and recommendations
• Build effective proposals and assist or lead sales pitches and presentations
• Interpret and analyze event and digital marketing efforts during the pre-sale process and compile data to help close business
• Manage the day-to-day execution of large/major ongoing advertising accounts and campaigns to meet client objectives
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and make recommendations to clients for effective advertising solutions
• Liaise with content, creative services, sales, and analytics teams regarding planning and campaign execution
• Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist in sales and customer service efforts, providing excellent sales, service, and marketing support
• Oversee daily operations including campaign trafficking, delivery, optimization, inventory forecasting, analysis, and reporting
• Support other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent customer communication skills
• Event planning experience preferred
• Ability to work on-site for events, including setup and teardown
• Strong organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to embrace change, take initiative, and work collaboratively
• Detail-oriented with effective planning and prioritization skills
• Understanding of customer/consumer needs for business growth and retention
• High degree of accuracy in job tasks
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel for work assignments
