Executive Director, Mezigdomide Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Launch team by developing strategic launch scenarios and priority initiatives for a successful launch
• Lead the creation of brand strategy, branded and unbranded messaging, and tactical initiatives, working closely with the Iberdomide team
• Partner with various marketing leads and functions to develop strong launch execution plans
• Ensure robust measurement, evaluation, and optimization plans for brand performance and tactics
• Lead and partner with VAP functions to manage B2B, GPOs, and networks for short and long-term brand engagement strategies
• Partner with AI&T to drive insight generation
• Partner with WW functions to ensure alignment and escalate barriers to execution
• Drive alignment with CART marketing strategy to bolster BMS's MM Franchise leadership
• Manage budget and evaluate resource needs in line with brand strategy
• Embed New Customer Model Principles into launch planning and execution
• Provide launch readiness updates to executive leadership
• Manage and develop direct reports and broader oncology marketing talent
• Participate in oncology marketing talent management discussions and initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant marketing brand management experience or equivalent
• Oncology experience, US market experience, and people management experience
• Proven track record managing and driving brand performance as a pharmaceutical marketer
• Strong communication skills to set expectations and strategic vision
• Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated learning agility and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in staffing, building, and managing teams to drive results
• Ability to navigate and collaborate cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with launch strategies for oncology products
• Experience managing large-scale brand launches
• Advanced understanding of the US oncology market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management
• Experience in oncology and US market
• People management experience
