About the Role

The Executive Host for Wynn's Middle Eastern & European Marketing division is responsible for player identification and development for countries in the Middle East & Europe. This position involves creating new customer relationships and maintaining relationships with existing players on a consistent basis, with a focus on understanding and bridging cultural differences to enhance customer experience and market share.

Key Responsibilities

Identifies and attracts international and domestic ethnic customers through cultural development.
Responsible for evaluating player credit worthiness to determine which promotions to offer customers.
Identifies a segment of players to market and creates appropriate promotional programs considering the probability of repeat business and cultural differences.
Creates strategies to counter competitors' advertising approaches and increase the company's market share.
Has an understanding of the customer base and cultures through experience living in several countries represented by the department.
Travels to conduct marketing trips to domestic and international destinations.
Manages complimentary expenses to ensure revenue margins meet profitability guidelines.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, International Marketing or Management.
The preferred candidate will be bilingual, fluent in English plus a Middle Eastern language, preferably Arabic.
A minimum of two years' experience in Casino operations, specifically in international Player Development.
Requires a detailed understanding of the cultures and customs of the specific region assigned to the executive.
Advanced knowledge of Middle Eastern culture and customs is required.
Requires the ability to understand, identify, and bridge cultural differences between international casino guests and Wynn Las Vegas casino and resort.
Must be able to communicate these differences to ensure proper reception and accommodation of guests.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
Exposure to sensitive information and the ability to use tact, diplomacy, and judgment.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, International Marketing or Management.
Fluency in English and a Middle Eastern language, preferably Arabic.
Experience in Casino operations and international Player Development.
