Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for our executive leaders to enhance their professional brand, drive thought leadership, and align with company goals.
Write and curate engaging content, including posts and multimedia, ensuring alignment with each executive's voice as well as industry trends.
Collaborate closely with executives to understand their expertise, priorities, voice, and communication style while providing guidance on social media best practices.
Oversee executive social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent activity and audience engagement.
Identify and leverage opportunities for executives to participate in key industry conversations, speaking engagements, media features, and showcase customer successes.
Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance and influence strategy.
Monitor online conversations and manage executive brand reputation, addressing risks or opportunities proactively.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep executive content relevant and impactful.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on executive-level branding and engagement.
Proven ability to work directly with senior leaders, providing strategic counsel and managing their public-facing social presence.
Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social platforms, as well as best practices, content formats, and engagement strategies.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and authentic executive content.
Strong experience with social media analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to Have

Experience in the HCM, SaaS, or technology industry.
Background in corporate communications, public relations, or executive branding.
Familiarity with executive thought leadership strategies, including speaking engagements and media opportunities.
Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with executives, public relations, marketing, and social media team.
Comfortable handling sensitive information and navigating executive preferences with professionalism and discretion.
