EXPERIENCED MARKETING MANAGER (1-year Track to DIRECTOR)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain successful existing marketing campaigns while researching and developing new sources
• Successfully manage a marketing team of up to 4 staff, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines
• Lead in the execution and organization of the day-to-day responsibilities of the Marketing department while delegating efficiently and effectively
• Develop and manage monthly and annual $1.5M+ marketing budget, monitoring costs, receipts, and ROI
• Continue to develop innovative advertising, public relations, digital, and social media campaigns
• Learn, master, and ensure the integrity of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Successfully help to oversee and manage multiple annual company events
• Analyze the performance of the Marketing team for corrective action and hold the team accountable
• Make tough decisions and follow through as needed
• Learn and implement SOPs and revise as necessary
• Design training and knowledge base applicable to written and digital marketing

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field with at least 10 years' experience as a Marketing Manager
• Extensive, proven, successful Sales and/or Sales Promotion experience
• Excellent attention to detail, including proofing and editing skills
• Organized and proactive with consistent follow-through
• Proven leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop marketing staff
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Insightful and creative with superior presentation skills
• Expertise with Microsoft (including Excel), Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Instagram
• Previous industry and expansion experience is a plus
