About the Role

The Fall 2026 Co-op - Digital Marketing CRM position at Keurig Dr Pepper in Burlington, MA offers hands-on experience with a leading CRM system within the consumer relationship management team. The role involves supporting CRM initiatives for Keurig.com, executing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The program provides professional development, mentorship, and the opportunity to complete and present a project impacting the business, all within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executing the promotional CRM calendar, including building, testing, and scheduling promotional emails.
Briefing the creative team on requirements for digital asset creation.
Conducting A/B testing for promotional emails, including subject line and preheader variations.
Assisting with reporting on multi-channel campaign performance.
Supporting CRM strategy development through miscellaneous analytical projects.
Managing ad hoc email sends as needed.

Requirements

Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program at an accredited college or university.
Majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytics.
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desired.
Familiarity with HTML is a plus.
