About the Role

The Sr Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies which promote T-Fiber product growth and awareness in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU's) and Homeowner's Associations (HOA's). This role involves working with multiple internal and external groups to define and execute strategic vision for the MDU and HOA segments, identifying new solutions, and carrying out projects to hit penetration targets in these spaces. The position offers an opportunity for a creative and innovative professional to influence market success within a large supported environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement T-Mobile strategies to continuously improve the customer experience and drive subscriber and revenue growth.
  • Drive strategy and high-level business rationale - market/product/brand fit, etc., and own growth opportunities in MDU/HOA segments, tailoring go-to-market plans accordingly.
  • Define target, value proposition, and reason to believe requirements; lead creation of and prioritize use cases to deliver on strategy.
  • Collaborate with partner wholesale providers to tailor solutions that align with MDU/HOA needs.
  • Develop strategy using data analytics and customer/business insights to clearly articulate market opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure plans and forecasts align with segment growth targets.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Manage business performance including tracking results, preparing contingencies, and developing plan iterations; lead forecasting and planning cycles to ensure target attainment.
  • May lead or mentor less experienced peers.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, business development, or community engagement, with at least 4 years in telecommunications, MDU, or fiber sales.
  • Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in local market development in Broadband industry.
  • Expertise in overseeing market intelligence, playbook development, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to develop sales enablement tools in collaboration with sales and field marketing leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Financial acumen with knowledge of ROI drivers, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to Director level.
  • Experience in the Residential Broadband Category (Fiber, MSO, ILEC, etc.) preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
