About the Role

Our Account Executive role is a hybrid field sales position covering the Irvine and Fullerton, CA area with a mixture of 2-year and 4-year schools. For time spent in the field with customers we provide a company car. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and have a high level of customer engagement. We are looking for a sales professional with a background in outside sales, cross selling, upselling, renewals, and longer sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain outstanding relationships with customers in the Irvine and Fullerton area, including 2-year and 4-year schools.
Engage in cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and managing longer sales cycles.
Successfully implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Provide flawless customer service and support using a company car for field visits.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales with an ambitious and determined approach.
Strong background in cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of collaborators.
Ability to compete and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Located in Orange County, CA.

Nice to Have

Experience working with higher education institutions or in education sales.
Knowledge of digital solutions and courseware such as MindTap and WebAssign.

Qualifications

Experience in outside sales and customer relationship management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
