We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives in North America, focusing on localized campaigns, events, and partner relationships to support growth and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage in-person and digital field programs, including regional events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and roadshows.
  • Work closely with Sales and BDRs to deliver programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and deepen customer engagement.
  • Own pre-event promotion, onsite coordination, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Contribute to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs focused on high-value accounts, including execution of localized campaigns and engagement tactics.
  • Partner with the global marketing team to adapt content and messaging for specific verticals or geographies.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using Salesforce, marketing automation, and ABM platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine ongoing programs and optimize budget allocation.
  • Share field insights, content feedback, and regional results with the broader marketing organization.
  • Contribute to planning sessions and knowledge-sharing forums to improve cross-regional effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong background in campaign execution and event strategy with measurable impact on pipeline.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales and BDR teams on shared goals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., Pardot), and ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • A data-informed mindset and desire to continuously improve results.
  • Willingness to travel for events or regional programs as needed.

  • Experience in digital transformation, regulatory compliance, or operational efficiency sectors.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional marketing environment.
