Job Description

About the Role

The Field Sales Manager U3- Spectrum OPGM at Breakthru Beverage Group is responsible for managing the strategic coverage of all on and off premise outlets within the territory. The role focuses on driving volume and profit growth across channels, developing the team through key performance indicators, and creating long-term strategic relationships with local accounts. The position involves leading sales efforts, training and coaching team members, and ensuring tools and processes support goal attainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead direct reports effectively by clearly communicating roles and responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing training and development of Sales Representatives/Associates through field work, market surveys, and team meetings.
  • Ensure all tools are in place to support attainment of goals and objectives.
  • Implement succession planning and coaching throughout the team.
  • Train, coach, and motivate direct reports to maximize market impact.
  • Drive volume and profit growth in on and off premise channels on an annual, monthly, customer, and brand basis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the customer base.
  • Provide ongoing assessments of plan results by channel, key account, and individual customer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
  • Results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytic and reporting skills with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be able to drive frequently, stand, sit, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.

Nice to Have

  • Supervisory experience.
  • Relevant cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, project management, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and work experience.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $67,200 - $84,000 plus a $4,800 annual car allowance.
  • Eligibility to participate in incentive and bonus programs.
