About the Role

The Finance User Experience Manager plays a critical role in shaping and improving the end-to-end Finance user experience across FinTech systems within Mars's Corporate Finance Technology organization. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, user-centric service design, and supporting the Enterprise Digital Transformation agenda. It involves collaborating with end users, Digital Technologies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure services are aligned with real user needs, especially during critical business moments.

Key Responsibilities

Map and manage the user journey across Finance platforms, focusing on removing complexity and making interactions more seamless for users during times of high-impact.
Identify and prioritize service gaps and user pain points; translate these into improvements.
Translate user feedback into service enhancements in collaboration with Digital Technologies, vendors, and internal teams.
Advocate for user-centric practices in incident, problem, and change management.
Contribute to service readiness activities, ensuring that new releases and changes are aligned with Finance users' real-world expectations and workflows.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience working in complex, matrix environments, coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and passion for improving the user experience with hands-on UX practices.
Strong understanding of Finance users' needs and processes and ability to align service design accordingly.
Proven ability to manage and improve user support experiences—including self-service tools, knowledge bases, and user communications.
Skilled at translating technical topics into business-relevant outcomes that resonate with Finance stakeholders.
Comfortable working in agile, product-centric environments, participating in cross-functional teams, and applying agile ceremonies, rituals, and artifacts.

Nice to Have

Experience with assessment, compliance management, costing and budgeting, data collection and analysis.
Knowledge of planning and organizing, policy and procedures, verbal communication.

Qualifications

Experience working in complex, matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of Finance processes and user needs.
Experience with user support tools and translating technical topics for business stakeholders.
Ability to work in agile, product-centric environments.
