About the Role

WorkWave is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Fintech Account Executive with exceptional technical knowledge and presentation skills. The company empowers industries such as Field Service, Pest Control, Lawn and Landscape, and Logistics through its cutting-edge SaaS solutions. The fintech team focuses on helping customers grow their businesses and save time and money with WorkWave's financial products. The role involves contributing to the company's initiative to find the right fintech solutions for large customers within a fast-growing team, supporting sales, product, operations, and finance teams, and leveraging technology to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and account management teams to pitch WorkWave's fintech offerings to existing and new customers within the broader sales process.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' fintech needs and challenges, positioning WorkWave as their trusted partner.
  • Prepare and lead engaging product demonstrations and solution recommendations showcasing WorkWave's fintech solutions.
  • Work with existing fintech users to ensure continued usage and success.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly goals related to new signups and product usage.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including sales, product, operations, and finance, as well as with partners.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, forecasts, and closed deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of success in a SaaS or fintech revenue role with a demonstrated history of exceeding goals.
  • Deep understanding of the payments and/or lending spaces.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently strategize, multi-task, and manage multiple prospective clients simultaneously.
  • Experience managing and driving a sales pipeline with consistent execution.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
