1stDibs is a one-of-a-kind online marketplace that connects design lovers to more than one million extraordinary pieces, from furniture and fine art to jewelry and fashion. As a leading global marketplace for design lovers, we enable shoppers to discover beautiful things and engage with top sellers from around the world. We encourage our shoppers to interact with sellers throughout all stages of the transaction, including item inquiries, price negotiations and customization requests. We are looking for a Fixed-Term Integrated Marketing Coordinator to support our Integrated Marketing team. This is a four-month fixed-term part-time contract position; candidates will be asked to work 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team in the execution of large, seasonal cross-channel campaigns that engage our audience of high-net worth individuals and interior designers
Coordinate with cross-vertical partners across other marketing functions (merchandising, email, social, editorial, paid, site, press) ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and smooth functioning of the campaign process
Compile research, industry insights and market trends to help inform campaign strategy, topics, partnerships and uncover opportunities
Aid in recapping and reporting on Integrated Marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and some prior experience in digital marketing, project management or a related field
Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease and to prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs
Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

Educational background with a Bachelor's Degree
Experience in digital marketing or project management
