Job Description

About the Role

This is a 13-month fixed term contract position reporting to the Head of Marketing. The Manager, Consumer and Service Marketing is responsible for leading the full Consumer and Service Marketing team, including Digital marketing, ShopColoplast Marketing, graphic design, Service Marketing, and Marketing Administration. The role involves providing leadership, coaching, and development to enable team success, ensuring a consistent Coloplast experience across all channels, and contributing to the consumer and service journey in Canada. The position offers an opportunity to make a valuable impact within a global healthcare company committed to improving lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, measure, train, coach, and motivate team members to effectively engage with consumers, patient organizations, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver performance reviews and oversee the overall development of the Consumer and Service Marketing team.
  • Manage the overall consumer marketing strategy, including building integrated marketing campaigns both online and offline, and guide their implementation.
  • Develop and oversee the service marketing strategy, including Coloplast Professional and Coloplast Care, as well as the Shop Coloplast website and online strategy.
  • Provide annual business planning for the team and strategy, including report generation and analysis for local and global management.
  • Manage the development of marketing materials such as brochures, labels, kits, and materials for Coloplast Professional and Coloplast Care programs.
  • Oversee the Shop Coloplast website, including managing images, descriptions, CVI, analyzing traffic and conversion rates, and executing email campaigns and media strategies.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure integration and optimal online shopping experience, continually enhancing the online platform.
  • Strive to develop, update, and streamline operations, ensuring alignment with policies and growth objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, training, and professional development activities.
  • Act as the SME for Consumer and Service Marketing, collaborating with other departments and global teams.
  • Provide leadership presence to influence results, manage campaign performance, and ensure accountability to the company's mission and policies.
  • Assess team competencies and implement ongoing training and development programs to drive business results.
  • Participate as a member of the Coloplast Canada Management Team and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of working experience in consumer marketing with key digital marketing experience (Google/Social Media, B2B, B2C).
  • University Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Highly structured approach to work with attention to detail and proper documentation.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of management and professionalism.
  • Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
