About the Role

The Marketing Project Manager Sr at Elevance Health is responsible for overseeing and supporting all phases of marketing campaign lifecycles, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations, formulary design, data integration, and vendor coordination. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing project documentation, and managing project timelines within a hybrid work environment that combines in-office and virtual work to promote collaboration and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support all phases of campaign lifecycles, providing direction and mentorship to Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
Identify, mitigate, manage, and escalate projects, risks, and issues to ensure seamless project execution.
Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team across the enterprise to ensure that all functional specifications and requirement documents are met.
Develop functional specifications and requirement documents, along with managing detailed project timelines.

Requirements

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.
Proficiency in RRD DAT or similar document composition tools.
Experience with Workfront or comparable project management software.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

Demonstrated ability to leverage technology solutions for enhanced project execution and collaboration.

Qualifications

Educational background of a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
