About the Role

The Fleet Analyst role at SSi People involves supporting vehicle procurement, managing the fleet lifecycle, and working with internal teams to optimize fleet operations and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities

Support vehicle procurement, including ordering, forecasting replacements, and coordinating upfitting.
Manage the entire fleet lifecycle: acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and remarketing.
Work with internal teams to align on fleet initiatives and ensure compliance.
Engage in projects focused on fleet optimization and cost reduction.
Keep accurate records of fleet assets, budgets, and inventory.
Report on fleet performance, vehicle utilization, and sales tracking.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
3+ years in fleet operations, procurement, or supply chain support.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with fleet management software or telematics systems is a plus.
