About the Role

Become the first growth marketer at Momentic. Own the growth engine from first touch to demo booked. Build repeatable programs that create qualified pipeline. You will also experiment with other channels like social, email marketing, and events. At Momentic, we're building the future of quality. Key Responsibilities

Own funnel and KPIs: Drive MQL, SAL, SQL
Build and iterate on landing pages, run A/B tests, optimize forms and CTAs
Publish high-intent content and grow organic traffic from search (SEO/GEO)
Run targeted search and social ads (Paid experiments)
Iterate on outbound messaging with our SDRs (Sales collaboration)
Partner with and lead contractors and agencies on content, SEO/GEO, or ads

Requirements

3-5 years in B2B growth or demand generation for technical SaaS
Proven ownership of pipeline targets and metrics
Strong analytics and familiarity with marketing automation, ads, and web analytics
Ability to write compelling copy and ship pages and experiments solo
Based in San Francisco and willing to commute to the office
