About the Role

Nomad Lane is seeking an experienced and results-driven marketing leader to drive the next chapter of its growth and brand evolution. The role involves executing 360° integrated marketing strategies, enhancing performance marketing, and spearheading D2C growth and e-commerce optimization. The candidate will manage core D2C marketing channels, oversee budgets, and collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. This is a heavily executional, hands-on role that is fractional and remote, expected to require approximately 20 hours per week, reporting directly to the Miami-based co-founders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Nomad Lane's performance marketing efforts across all acquisition, remarketing, and retention channels, defining and executing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Own brand marketing execution and collaborate with the Product team to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive brand affinity and meet business goals.
  • Manage marketing budget, including forecasting and regular reporting.
  • Plan, execute, and report on a full-funnel approach to paid, owned, and earned channels such as Paid Social, Paid Search/Shopping, Affiliate, Influencer/Endorsement, SEO, Email/SMS, and others.
  • Manage marketing and content calendars, overseeing owned channels, lifecycle marketing activities, email, SMS, editorial content, and social media.
  • Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns focusing on acquisition, retention, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Oversee customer and marketing analytics, including channel KPIs, on-site metrics, and attribution.
  • Collaborate with the product team and digital partners on e-commerce priorities, site performance, KPIs, CRO, and testing.
  • Monitor marketing trends and innovations to keep Nomad Lane at the forefront of marketing strategies.
  • Own relationships with performance marketing agencies and marketing technology platform partners.
  • Own and optimize the e-commerce experience, improving user experience, merchandising, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant marketing experience with proven leadership in digital and e-commerce marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, including managing acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Meta, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify ecosystem.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate insights into strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Hands-on approach with willingness to engage deeply in tactical execution when necessary.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce site performance, CRO, and testing.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and channels beyond those explicitly listed.
