Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design assets on schedule.
Utilize advanced Figma skills, including variables and components, to create and manage design systems.
Design and produce a variety of assets, including emails, banners, social media content, PDFs, and other digital materials as needed.
Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrate versatility in both visual design and conceptual development to meet diverse project needs.

Requirements

Full proficiency in Figma, with hands-on experience using variables and components.
Proven ability to work effectively within design systems.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
Creative thinker with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in design roles.
Advanced English proficiency.
