About the Role

The Front of House Operational Marketing Manager at Chick-fil-A Colonial Plaza is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations while leading marketing efforts to promote the brand and engage the community. The role involves managing in-store events, social media, donations, and community partnerships, with a focus on operational excellence and memorable marketing campaigns. The position combines operational leadership with community-focused marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, guest experience, and team performance.
  • Provide leadership on operational processes and drive efficiency across the restaurant.
  • Lead and organize digital spirit nights, in-store events, and off-site marketing efforts to engage with the local community.
  • Manage and execute the giving strategy, including donations and community partnerships.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote Chick-fil-A Colonial Plaza's brand and foster positive community relationships.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with Chick-fil-A's values and standards.
  • Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and driving digital marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and guest engagement.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing efforts, providing insights and adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have prior Chick-fil-A experience in an operational leadership role.
  • Proven success in an operational role at Chick-fil-A with a deep understanding of its values and standards.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, event planning, and social media management.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations while balancing marketing responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and initiative in developing campaigns and events.
