About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for a Massage Therapy wellness studio.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Lead a team in an organized and efficient way to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and problem solve operational issues.
• Set expectations, goals, and delegate tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements

• Experience in management including but not limited to sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager roles.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations and goals, and delegate tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• MindBody Software experience a plus.
