About the Role

The ISG Global Account Representative will be responsible for driving ISG portfolio revenue, strategy, and customer satisfaction for Lenovo's current and future Global accounts. This individual will establish and manage account relationships through senior level engagements, develop strategies for market share growth, and act as a trusted advisor within the accounts. The role involves working collaboratively with global account teams and leveraging Lenovo's resources to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue & margin quotas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from quotation to closure.
  • Advocate for client needs during sales cycle and address delivery issues.
  • Build professional relationships with clients, including up to the C-level.
  • Leverage executive sponsors and Lenovo resources to strengthen relationships and credibility.
  • Maintain high levels of customer loyalty and build trust and integrity.
  • Build and orchestrate sales pipeline activity, ensuring active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close.
  • Represent the entire Lenovo portfolio of products and services.
  • Engage partners effectively to improve win rates and delivery of deals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of strategic sales experience within the high-tech industry, focused on large enterprise accounts.
  • 2+ years of experience in the enterprise infrastructure space (e.g., servers, storage, cloud, or data center solutions).
  • Proven history of successfully selling to C-level executives over a period of 2+ years.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable.
  • Strong team player and self-motivator with a drive for success.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with executive sponsors and global account teams.
  • Ability to operate in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Benefits & Perks

  • OTE range for this role is $239,500 to $319,300, structured as 60% base salary and 40% commission.
