About the Role

The Global Email Marketing Specialist plays an important role in executing and optimizing email marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across BCG's global audience segments. This role involves applying technical and functional expertise to execute email campaigns, leverage data for insights, and ensure alignment with strategic marketing priorities within a leading management consulting firm that values collaboration, innovation, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the global email marketing calendar by tracking campaign progress, flagging roadblocks, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Contribute to process documentation and help implement improvements that increase team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teammates across Digital Channels and the broader Marketing & Communications team to align on campaign deliverables and timelines.
  • Actively contribute in meetings and maintain open communication to ensure smooth coordination and integration across efforts.
  • Help maintain visibility into timelines, deliverables, and status of projects by supporting team coordination efforts, sharing updates, and documenting meeting actions or expectations.
  • Assist in ensuring alignment across campaign, digital, and content teams.
  • Track and analyze email performance metrics to identify patterns in engagement and inform future campaign enhancements.
  • Summarize insights and collaborate with team members to iterate on messaging, audience targeting, and send timing based on learnings.
  • Stay current on email marketing innovations such as AI-powered personalization, automation, and segmentation.
  • Proactively test and share findings from new tools or platform features, and support the team in adopting relevant enhancements to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and marketing technology with an interest in driving impactful engagement.
