Key Responsibilities

Serve as the expert marketer for GRE, crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, MarTech, traditional advertising, PR, and brand development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Lead digital marketing efforts and marketing automation to enhance online presence and lead generation for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Strategically plan and manage marketing budgets to align with organizational goals.
Spearhead customer acquisition initiatives and devise retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Supervise pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations activities.
Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
Support both global agendas and local business units as a marketing thought leader.
Drive growth by evolving GRE's communication strategy based on data-driven insights and adapting to changes in media landscape and consumer behavior.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or associated concentrations, MBA strongly preferred.
13+ years of demonstrated success leading teams (on-site and remote) in a matrix-based environment.
Experience in leading marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and integrated channels.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets and initiatives.
Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing insights to drive strategy.

Nice to Have

Experience with marketing automation and MarTech tools.
Experience in education, assessment, or related industries.
Knowledge of global markets and multicultural marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in business or related fields; MBA preferred.
Minimum 13 years of leadership experience in marketing or related roles.
