Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with alliance partners to produce and optimize the annual Brand Plan.
  • Further develop and refine the long-term strategic plan for Tezspire.
  • Partner to create launch plans for new indications.
  • Establish the global yearly budget.
  • Provide input regarding market research activities.
  • Strategize on future Lifecycle Management (LCM) prioritization.
  • Provide input into the tezepelumab forecast revisions consistent with strategy.
  • Provide early input to the Amgen Product Team on commercial-related issues.
  • Contribute to the respiratory component of the company's therapeutic area strategy.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Or Master's degree and 6 years of marketing experience.
  • Or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong management skills and strategic brand management experience.
  • Effective influencing skills and executive presence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze business problems and develop strategies.
  • Strong business judgment and emotional intelligence.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and gather insights across customer groups.
  • Experience with managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Educational qualifications as specified in requirements (Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree).
