The Global Marketing Leader for Emergency Care (EC) at Philips is responsible for leading both upstream (Product Management and New Product Introduction) and downstream (channel marketing, demand generation, branding, and marketing automation) marketing efforts. This role involves developing fact-based strategies, guiding EC on 'Where to Play' and 'How to Win' strategies, and building a dynamic, future-forward marketing team to strengthen EC's position in pre-hospital, public access, hospital, and military market segments. The leader will also oversee product management, e-commerce, go-to-market channel development, global sales training, demand generation, solution portfolio strategy, marketing automation, and the management of EC's new brand. Additionally, the role includes partnering with other EC leaders to drive cultural change focused on customer experience, solution quality, and clinical performance.
