About the Role

The Global Marketing Manager in Specialty Care at GSK plays a key role in shaping future strategy, developing strategic implementation plans, driving critical launch deliverables, and leading launch excellence in key markets worldwide for a specialty care launch. This role offers exposure to strategic thinking, cross-functional teamwork, and campaign content planning in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Play a lead role in partnering with MCT markets and regional leads to ensure launch excellence, including readiness and optimization for a multi-indication blockbuster biologic.
  • Build exceptional brand knowledge and understanding of the brand strategy and core value proposition.
  • Drive creation of launch deliverables, content development, and support localization efforts with LOCs.
  • Support external expert engagement programs and congress strategies.
  • Drive agencies involved in content creation, coordinate development with medical teams, and ensure timely and relevant content launches to markets, including approval processes.
  • Partner and influence a large, complex cross-functional team including global medical, market access, insights, and clinical development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally in specialty care.
  • Demonstrated strategic capability: ability to synthesize insights, competitive dynamics, and market needs into clear strategies and tactics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated agility and accountability, solution orientation, and a collaborative spirit.
