About the Role

The Global Marketing Strategist oversees marketing strategy development and campaign planning/execution for Citrix at Arrow Electronics. The role involves developing and implementing go-to-market and global marketing plans utilizing digital and field marketing tactics to increase market share, visibility, and pipeline growth. The strategist collaborates with global teams across multiple geographies and builds rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops, plans, and leads the execution of global marketing strategy and experiences to promote Citrix targeting both partner ecosystem audiences and targeted end customers, using modern marketing capabilities.
  • Responsible for the full marketing mix: to recruit, enable, and grow IT partners and develop net new business through global demand generation programs targeting end customers.
  • Liaise with global and regional marketing teams and stakeholders to build synergies and work collaboratively.
  • Monitor global campaign KPIs and results in line with business expectations, and communicate results regularly to global stakeholders.
  • Use advanced understanding of Citrix go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and target audiences/personas to create high-impact marketing campaigns that generate sales-ready leads.
  • Own the global Citrix marketing budget to deliver ROI through effective marketing execution, leveraging Arrow ECS Performance Marketing Team.
  • Analyze and articulate campaign effectiveness and metrics such as MQLs, Pipeline Value, and Estimated Revenue, proposing creative ideas to maximize impact and drive growth.
  • Manage and govern regional marketing campaign budget requests, ensuring plans align with global frameworks and business plans.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of global marketing experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic marketing plan creation.
  • Experience in the IT sector is required.
  • Experience in developing demand generation programs for multi-persona buying groups.
  • Experience developing multi-tactic campaigns for multi-region execution utilizing digital marketing, field marketing (event experience a must), and Account Based Marketing techniques.
  • Experience in developing marketing plans both to and through channel ecosystem partners.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects and multiple stakeholders at one time.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal service skills.
