About the Role

Dell Technologies is supporting the company's transformation strategy and is seeking talented undergraduates to join specific areas within the Product Offer Management, Configuration Management, and Project Management organizations. The Global Offer and Product Operations Undergrad Intern will have the opportunity to develop knowledge, work cross-functionally, and gain experience in Dell's Go-To-Market strategy and operations while building a long-term career in Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally within Dell to develop a depth of knowledge in offer and product operations.
Gain experience with Dell's Go-To-Market strategy and operations.
Engage in networking opportunities with managers and executives.
Participate in career development planning, soft skill training, developmental workshops, and feedback/performance reviews.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering undergraduate degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for collaboration in a global team environment.

Demonstrated capabilities in leadership, driving for results the right way, problem solving and analytics, end-to-end thinking, clear and effective communication.
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Business or Engineering undergraduate program.
Expected graduation in December 2026 or May 2027.
