About the Role

The Global Partner Sales Manager (GPSM) is a strategic relationship builder responsible for expanding Comcast Business's reach through national indirect sales channels, specifically Technology Services Distributors (TSD). This remote-based role involves leading partner success by empowering TSDs to deliver Comcast Business solutions to their customers, with up to 50% travel to engage face-to-face with partners and foster relationships. The position supports Comcast's mission to provide connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed solutions to organizations of all sizes, backed by a large broadband network and 24/7 customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the Comcast Business Portfolio by educating and enabling national channel partners to effectively position and sell the full suite of products and services to enterprise end-users.
  • Drive Revenue Growth by consistently exceeding monthly sales targets through activating and expanding relationships with TSDs.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans aligned with quarterly and annual sales, marketing, and operational goals.
  • Lead regular business reviews and operational check-ins to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless execution and partner satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful sales enablement training, tools, and resources to empower partners in a competitive marketplace.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and funnel visibility through Salesforce, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful product installations, from order acceptance to post-sale support.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all sales-related partner needs, advocating internally to drive results.
  • Act as the Comcast Business liaison with TSD field sales teams, selling partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance that help grow relationships in the field.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance and be willing to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in indirect channel sales, with a proven track record of success working with indirect partners, specifically TSDs.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and business technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or other CRM/reporting tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or extensive related professional experience.
