Global Product Manager - Vascular Medical Devices

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders within the Division, Marketing, company Functions, and Operational Units to implement the strategy for assigned product line(s) and ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and projects.
• Manage the financial health of product line(s) by setting appropriate pricing thresholds, managing margins and cost improvement opportunities, in collaboration with commercial business and other company teams.
• Responsible for the availability and efficiency of assigned product line(s) within the total product life cycle, and contribute to developing product retirement strategies when necessary.
• Demonstrate and maintain an extensive understanding of relevant market trends, including case volume, the regulatory environment, healthcare economics, and the TPLC.
• Develop and drive the product pipeline for assigned product line(s).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and establish design input requirements in collaboration with strategic marketing and R&D.
• Develop and execute an annual strategy and plan for assigned product line(s) containing drivers, limiters, and enablers.
• Lead and complete large and complex projects related to product launches, backorders, recalls, and other product-specific events in collaboration with various teams.
• Meet all deadlines for business planning, product forecasts, and administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, and policy acknowledgements.
• Attend meetings with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and support overall business objectives.
• Ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance, and product-specific requirements are met within scope of responsibility.
• Conduct business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards and company policies.

Requirements

• College degree in a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including product management, engineering, sales, and/or marketing.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects or initiatives.
• Ability to travel internationally, domestically, and weekends as needed up to 50%.
• Work under general office environmental conditions.
• Legally authorized to be employed in the United States; no sponsorship for employment visa status is provided.

Nice to Have

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent in the medical device industry.
• Advanced degree (Masters or MBA or equivalent).

• Ability to think strategically.

Qualifications
