About the Role

The Global Program Manager, Fire TV Product Marketing & Go To Market (GTM) is responsible for leading global and North America project management for Fire TV's product roadmap, including streaming media players, Smart TVs, and accessories. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, develop processes, and execute launch strategies, with a focus on scaling and improving efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The position is part of the Product Marketing and GTM team at Amazon, aiming to transform the living room entertainment experience and drive growth for Fire TV products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Global and North America Project Management/Program Management for cross-functional projects across the Fire TV roadmap, including identifying and escalating bottlenecks, assessing risks, and balancing business needs versus constraints.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain new programs, tools, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process improvements to enhance transparency, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Manage Fire TV consumer/market research and Device Brand Studio (DBS) prioritization, budget, and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain GTM Portfolio Calendars and Document Repository.
  • Own strategic global acquisition and engagement efforts for all event marketing initiatives for international and partner summits.
  • Host events and presence at third-party conferences and trade shows.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with other cross-Amazon marketing teams, establish best practices, and support worldwide teams in problem solving.
  • Work collaboratively across Amazon Devices product lines to share knowledge, define, and share best practices.
  • Identify, define, and deliver projects related to process development, workflow redesign, and marketing deliverables across GTM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Experience building processes, managing projects, and creating schedules.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Strong business judgment, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
