Key Responsibilities

  • Leading retail media go-to-market strategies, building custom solutions that solve client challenges, and consulting with high profile clients.
  • Being the resident expert on all retail media networks, maintaining platform certifications, and staying up to date on industry trends.
  • Contributing to and supporting established best practice delivery optimization processes, client communication, and more.
  • Managing multiple client accounts seamlessly with tight timelines and work cadence.
  • Staying current on updates for impactful platforms and technologies, understanding their implications for clients and performance.
  • Providing data analysis of campaign performance metrics to develop optimization approaches for different buying models and techniques.
  • Keeping key stakeholders, including clients and account teams, updated on campaign and account performance through regular and ad-hoc reporting and meetings.
  • Researching digital media content trends and providing insights to internal media teams.
  • Exploring advertising opportunities in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon DSP, Target.com, and conventional DSPs like The Trade Desk & StackAdapt.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of strategic experience working within the Retail Media ecosystem (Retail, Agency, Brand, Mar-Tech, and/or Ad-Tech).

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of multiple platforms such as Amazon Media Services, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Roundel, Walmart Connect, Meta, Google, etc.
  • Ability to build strong data-driven insights within PowerPoint decks and deliver concise stories.
  • Interest in the dynamic interaction between e-commerce and digital advertising.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in other channels and platforms.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to transition between diverse projects and campaigns.
  • Experience developing professional relationships with clients and integrating into their ongoing operations.
  • Action and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong business management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Excel, organizing and consolidating multiple data sources for analysis.
