About the Role

The Sage Network Platform is the first of its kind in accounting software, automating and synchronizing financial transactions and processes between businesses, even if they aren't using Sage accounting software. The platform aims to revolutionize connected accounting by enabling seamless transactions with customers, suppliers, banks, and stakeholders, improving overall efficiency. The role involves shaping user experience through content creation, user education, and accessibility, contributing to an innovative fintech product within a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

Play a crucial part in shaping the user experience across the platform, focusing on content creation, user education, and accessibility.
Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, researchers, and engineers to develop effective solutions.
Influence teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data and logic.

Requirements

Recent graduate, ideally in UX Design, Content Strategy, or similar field.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global environment.
Passion for creating user-centric content and improving user experiences.
Basic understanding of UX principles and methodologies and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

Experience or background in UX Design or Content Strategy.
Familiarity with UX principles and methodologies.

Qualifications

Educational background in UX Design, Content Strategy, or related fields.
