Graphic Design Developer, Senior

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce a wide range of design materials such as logos, brochures, presentations, and videos.
• Ensure all designs adhere to 508 compliance guidelines, maintaining accessibility and usability.
• Apply design principles such as typography, hierarchy, and visual balance to create effective, visually appealing assets.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and provide creative solutions that meet both design and functional requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience with 508 compliance, to design and develop accessible products.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience facilitating discussions with clients about complex workforce messages, data presentations, and analytic ideas.
• Experience working within the government or defense sectors.
• Knowledge of the DoD and the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design.
• Ability to work with the client to define project requirements and create designs that effectively communicate key messages.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Ability to discuss project expectations, set timelines, and maintain deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
