About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Layout and produce Stream branded and custom marketing materials to promote Stream property listings, including brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, new business presentations, invitations, signage, and environmental graphics.
• Bring clients' stories to life by designing tailored collateral for client properties through print and digital assets.
• Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story such as market reports, newsletters, infographics, statistical graphs, charts, and tables.
• Work closely with third-party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production.
• Champion and become an expert level user for Stream's relevant suite of marketing technology tools.
• Translate creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations with exceptional follow-through.
• Translate core commercial real estate concepts into design strategy.
• Stay in front of design and marketing trends that help generate brand awareness and position professionals.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients to discuss and determine the best design strategy and approach for marketing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience in commercial real estate.
• Advanced design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Dreamweaver and/or HTML is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics and video production and editing is a plus.
• Highly organized with a focus on customer service, a great attitude, work ethic, and strong team orientation.
• Out-of-the-box thinker actively seeking new solutions to design problems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Proven knowledge of core commercial real estate concepts and ability to translate into design strategy.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Dreamweaver and/or HTML experience.
• Motion graphics and video production and editing experience.
• Knowledge of website development platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of relevant graphic design experience in commercial real estate.
