About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all company brand guidelines are met.
• Execute on graphic design projects and campaigns from conception to delivery.
• Support the development of creative concepts for a variety project type.
• Effectively communicate with project owners and other stakeholders to provide status updates, identify challenges, and offer solutions.
• Efficiently work within a ticket system and manage time to meet project deadlines.
• Assist with file management-file labeling, transferring and archiving processes.
• Participate in relevant team, department, and project-based meetings.
• Provide top-tier customer service for internal stakeholders.
• Execute tasks in relation to team goals.

Requirements

• Creative individual comfortable conceptualizing ideas and thinking outside the box.
• Capacity to quickly adapt to a regularly changing work environment.
• Experience working within a brand and adhering to related guidelines.
• Efficient multitasker able to meet tight deadlines while handling a full project workload.
• Clear communicator with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and within groups.
• Proficient project management skills, overseeing projects from conception through completion.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
• 3+ years of high-quality, creative graphic design experience.
• A solid portfolio of creative design exhibiting work with various media and goals.
• Hands-on experience and proficiency with the latest design software including full Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web-based tools like Canva.
• Ability to design in Microsoft PowerPoint and create high-level corporate presentations.
• Experience with illustration design and video/animation tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
• 3+ years of high-quality, creative graphic design experience.
